Anas And His Team Are Criminals – Kwesi Nyantakyi

Former President for the Ghana Football Association(GFA) Kwesi Nyantakyi has for the first time spoken about investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team months after they exposed him of being a corrupt official.

Kwesi Nyantakyi who was speaking on NET 2 for the first time since Anas’ “Number 12” video was premiered described Tiger Eye PI as a criminal organization that operates like terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria commonly referred to as ISIS.

“They don’t have a license to do what they are doing… going around, setting up people recording and embarrassing them in public. Tiger Eye PI is a criminal organization that operates like ISIS”, he disclosed on NET 2 morning show dubbed dialogue.

Remember after the release of the video, his first wife came out and revealed that some team members from Anas demanded money prior to the release so they could stop the premier.

Kwesi Nyantakyi in the interview this morning confirmed that indeed he was contacted by the someone from Anas’ team who is a lecturer at the University of Ghana, Legon, but because the money wasn’t forthcoming, they released it.

Yes, they demanded for money through a lawyer who is also a lecturer at Legon. When the money was not coming they decided to premiere the video dubbed number 12”, he revealed.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas late last year dared those who claimed the former GFA official was trapped to seek legal interpretation in the law courts since that is the only avenue available to them to prove the contrary that he was not trapped.

“Unless anybody claims the tape was doctored and that was never case. They can test the law courts and that is the beauty because my work stands judicial scrutiny and I have been cross-examined by a team of lawyers over what I do”, he disclosed.
